What You'll Be Doing:

  • Providing local field service activities basically;
  • Training distributors and third-party companies to make reliable service networks locally (covering all local areas);
  • Analyzing & reporting field service issues to HQ formally and providing CR reports upon request of the customer;
  • Evaluating service costs/cause for service and then responding to reduce cost/service cases efficiently, and professionally.

We're Looking for Someone Who:

  • Has working experience as a field service manager in the PV industry (at least 2 years);
  • Has a minimum of 3-5 years of experience preferred as a field service engineer;
  • Has the experience to lead C&I, and utility scales projects successfully and solve service issues professionally.
