Job Title: Sr. Software Engineer

Location: Coimbatore


Responsibilities:


  • To design, develop, test and integrate software for semiconductor equipment.
  • To develop C++ DLL interface for external customers to control equipment.
  • To design operator interface for Semiconductor Equipment with C#.
  • To develop HW control with serial interface and TCP/IP.
  • To develop automated system control for Semiconductor Equipment.
  • To develop PLC control for semiconductor equipment.
  • Experience in System testing and debugging.
  • To provide software support and debugging for customers.


Requirements & Skills:


  • Knowledge in Object Oriented Programming
  • To understand Design Patterns
  • Knowledge in Language: C, C++, C#
  • Multithread applications
  • Software/Hardware Interface
  • To have experience with GUI development on C#.NET
  • To have experience with code repository with SVN, GitHub, MS DevOps
  • PLC development, logic ladder
  • To have motor control experience
  • Software/Hardware communication
  • To have outstanding debugging skills in a large code base
  • Knowledge in Database development


Qualifications:


  • BS/MS in Computer Science or Computer Engineering or relevant fields
  • 7+ years of experience in software development.
  • 3+years of experience in software development, test of semiconductor equipment, medical equipment, test equipment, or hardware control
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English
