Continental Hospitals is seeking a dedicated and skilled Dermatologist to join our team for the evening shift from 3 PM to 8 PM. If you’re passionate about patient care and looking to make a meaningful impact in a state-of-the-art healthcare environment, we’d love to hear from you


Evaluating the patients’ skin health condition and analyzing their medical history will comprise your primary day-to-day dermatologist responsibilities. You’ll examine patients and determine dermatological treatments (e.g. medication, non-invasive surgeries). You’ll also monitor and report on treatment progress and refer patients to other specialists if needed.


For this role, it’s important that you have previous experience working as a dermatologist without supervision (including using dermatological tools like dermal punch, lancet extractors, etc.). You also need a valid government medical license.

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and treat skin conditions (e.g., acne, psoriasis, skin cancer)
  • Perform surgical procedures (e.g., biopsies, excisions)
  • Conduct cosmetic dermatology services (e.g., Botox, fillers, laser treatments)
  • Provide patient education on skin health and disease prevention
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Stay up-to-date with advancements in dermatology through ongoing education and research
  • Participate in departmental quality improvement initiatives
  • Participate in on-call rotations and emergency dermatology coverage


Requirements and skills

  • MD Dermatology
  • Valid medical license
  • 5 years + of experience in dermatology
  • Strong clinical and technical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Fellowship training in a subspecialty (e.g., dermatopathology, pediatric dermatology)
  • Research experience and publication history
  • Leadership or teaching experience
  • Certification in cosmetic dermatology
