Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced MEAN Stack Developer with expertise in AWS and PostgreSQL to join our team. Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using the MEAN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, Angular, Node.js).
  • Build and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices using Node.js and Express.js.

  • Optimize the performance, security, and scalability of web applications.
  • Manage and deploy applications on AWS cloud infrastructure, utilizing services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, and more.
  • Design and manage PostgreSQL databases, ensuring data integrity, performance optimization, and security.
  • Work with DevOps to implement CI/CD pipelines, automate deployments, and manage cloud infrastructure using tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, UX/UI designers, and QA teams, to ensure high-quality product delivery.
  • Conduct code reviews and maintain best practices for coding standards, security, and testing.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve performance issues, bugs, and other technical challenges across the full stack.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to improve the development process and technical stack.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • 4+ years of experience in full-stack development with the MEAN stack.
  • Strong knowledge of Angular for front-end development, creating dynamic and responsive web applications.
  • Expertise in Node.js and Express.js for building scalable backend services and APIs.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services such as EC2, S3, RDS (PostgreSQL), Lambda, and API Gateway.
  • Proficiency in PostgreSQL for database management, performance tuning, and query optimization.
  • Familiarity with MongoDB and integrating NoSQL and relational databases.
  • Experience with containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Proficiency in version control using Git and familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, CircleCI, or GitLab CI.
  • Strong understanding of API security, authentication, and authorization (OAuth, JWT).
  • Ability to debug and troubleshoot issues across the full stack (frontend, backend, and database).
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • AWS Certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Developer, AWS Certified Solutions Architect).
  • Knowledge of automated testing frameworks like Jest or Mocha for both frontend and backend.
  • Experience with serverless architectures using AWS Lambda.
  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies and working in cross-functional teams.
