Role Overview: We are seeking an inspired, motivated, and experienced UI Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading front-end development initiatives, mentoring junior developers, and ensuring our code is compatible across various devices and viewport sizes. You will be working with cutting-edge technologies including Angular, React, ES6 JavaScript, and a pub/sub architecture in a clean, component-based approach.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Design and UX: Work closely with design and UX teams to prototype and implement user interactions.
  • Mentor Front-End Developers: Provide guidance and support to junior front-end developers, fostering a culture of learning and development.
  • Ensure Code Compatibility: Ensure the compatibility of code across different devices and viewport sizes to provide a consistent user experience.
  • Utilize Modern Web Technologies: Develop using HTML/HTML5, CSS/CSS3, JQuery, and JavaScript to create dynamic and responsive web applications.
  • Lead Through Technical Challenges: Lead the team through technical challenges, providing solutions and driving progress.
  • Motivate the Team: Keep the team motivated and productive through intrinsic motivation and positive leadership.
  • Risk Analysis and Estimation: Perform risk analysis, estimate tasks, and ensure delivery of items within the specified time frame.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Technical Proficiency: Strong expertise in Angular, React, ES6 JavaScript, and a deep understanding of modern web technologies.
  • Front-End Development: Proficient in HTML/HTML5, CSS/CSS3, JQuery, and JavaScript.
  • Experience with Component-Based Development: Experience with a clean, component-based approach to web development.
  • Web Performance and Accessibility: In-depth knowledge of web performance optimization and accessibility standards.
  • Leadership and Mentorship: Proven experience in leading teams and mentoring developers.
  • Collaboration Skills: Excellent collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with design, UX, and other cross-functional teams.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate and resolve complex technical challenges.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Pub/Sub Architecture: Familiarity with pub/sub architecture and its implementation in web applications.
  • Responsive Design: Experience in developing responsive web applications that work seamlessly across various devices and viewport sizes.
  • Intrinsically Motivated: A self-starter who is intrinsically motivated and can inspire motivation in others.
