Job title- Oracle Financial Services Analytical Applications (OFSAA) ECM Location- Pune, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Chennai, BangaloreExperience- 4 to 9 yearsMust Have Skills: OFSAA Enterprise Case Management (ECM), Oracle DBGood to have: AWS Key Responsibilities Design and develop OFSAA BD scenarios for Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Fraud and other Financial Crime Compliance (FCC) use cases. Translate business rules into technical logic using OFSAA’s Scenario Modelling Framework. Perform scenario tuning, threshold calibration, and false positive reduction. Conduct scenario testing, validation, and performance optimisation. Collaborate with data engineering teams to ensure accurate data sourcing and mapping for scenario execution. Maintain scenario documentation and support audit and regulatory reviews. Work closely with business analysts and compliance SMEs to refine detection logic and improve scenario effectiveness. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 5–10 years of experience in OFSAA implementations, with at least 3 years in ECM and BD scenario development. Strong understanding of financial crime compliance, AML, KYC, and regulatory frameworks. Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and data integration tools. Experience with Oracle databases and Unix/Linux environments. Working on Cloud Technology is a plus.
