L&T Switchgear is now Lauritz Knudsen Electrical & Automation.

Position Title: Manager – Commissioning (MV Drive /Service Engineer)

Education Qualification: B. Tech / B.E. in (Electronics/Electrical/Instrumentation)

Experience: 4 – 8 years

Role & responsibilities


  • Commission and service LV/MV drives at customer sites.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to drive commissioning and performance.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to customers during installation and operation.
  • Maintain clear and effective communication with clients regarding project status and updates.
  • Prepare and maintain technical documentation and reports related to commissioning activities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and project success.
  • Travel to various sites as required to support commissioning and servicing activities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a related field.
  • 4-8 years of experience in LV/MV drive commissioning and servicing.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills in drive systems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to handle customer inquiries and provide effective solutions.
  • Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed.


Schedule: Full-time
