Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a NodeJS Developer at CodeChavo in Bengaluru. The NodeJS Developer will be responsible for front-end and back-end web development, software development, and utilizing technologies such as JavaScript and Redux.js in their day-to-day tasks.


Responsibilities


  • Develop and maintain scalable backend systems using Node.js .
  • Design and implement user interfaces with React.js .
  • Manage and optimize databases such as PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, and MongoDB.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
  • Mentor junior developers, fostering a culture of learning and growth.
  • Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and share knowledge.
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies and apply them to improve our products.



Requirements


  • Education: Minimum Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1- 3 years of relevant work experience in software development.

Technical Skills


  • Proficiency in Node.js and React.js .
  • Experience with PostgreSQL and MongoDB databases.

Preferred Qualifications


  • Experience working with SaaS products.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems.

Soft Skills


  • Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.
