🌍 About the Role

This is a startup-style leadership opportunity with full regional ownership. As Country Head, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Leading sales, outreach, and business development for your assigned region
  • Building relationships with consulting firms, system integrators, startups, and enterprises
  • Representing SkillsCapital in high-level conversations with clients and partners
  • Collaborating with founders and leadership to shape region-specific GTM
  • Running deals end-to-end — from lead gen to closure to client onboarding
  • Driving real growth outcomes — not just executing on tasks


✅ Who Should Apply

  • Interns or professionals with 1–2 years of experience in BD, sales, pre-sales, or consulting
  • Strong spoken and written English; confident in conversations with global clients
  • Based in India, comfortable working across time zones
  • Passionate about startups, business building, and working in high-trust environments
  • Self-starter, highly accountable, and excited to build from scratch
  • Bonus: experience in tech staffing, SaaS, recruitment, or IT services
