We are looking to hire a multitasking, social media geek who loves to stay up to date with

trends and work on multiple clients to join our creative team for the next phase of our journey

together. If you possess an acute awareness of emerging digital trends, this is the place to

be


Location: Udyog Vihar, Gurugram

Working model: Onsite

Days: Monday to Friday + Alternate Saturdays

Timing: 10:00am - 6:00pm

Budget: 25-27K


Responsibilities:

● Collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop social media strategies that

align with their goals and objectives.

● Coordinate with teams to create visually stunning and engaging content, including

graphics, videos, and copy, for various social media platforms.

● Enhance the client's presence on various social media platforms, including

Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Pinterest.

● Maintain and optimise social media content calendars, ensuring timely and strategic

postings.

● Assist in coordinating and executing photoshoots to generate compelling content.

● Foster interaction within the online community, actively growing the brand's following

on social media accounts.

● Ideate and flesh out content strategies for clients and servicing them end to end

● Communicate effectively to all stakeholders including senior management, content

developers, graphic designers, vendors and collaborators

● Plan and execute PR activities and influencer collaborations for the clients.

● Monitor posts, analyse data obtained and develop monthly reports for clients

● Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences

● Stay up-to-date with new digital technologies and social media best practices


Requirements:

● Agency background (experience handling multiple brands) required.

● Intermediate knowledge of content writing, ideation & Canva

● Team & time management skills

● Knowledge of Google ads or Meta is a plus

● Exceptional problem solving & multitasking skills

● Talent for creativity & excellent writing capabilities
