Work Location: Mumbai (Andheri East, Sakinaka)Internship Duration: 1 year, convertible to full time roleTimings: 9am to 6pmRole OverviewWe are looking for a motivated Accounting Intern to join our Finance & Accounts team. This internship offers hands-on exposure to NBFC accounting processes, financial reporting, and day-to-day bookkeeping activities. It’s an excellent opportunity for students or recent graduates who wish to build a foundation in accounting, finance operations, and compliance within the financial services industry.Key ResponsibilitiesAccounting Support: Assist in daily bookkeeping, journal entries, and reconciliations.Invoicing & Receivables: Support invoice processing, client payments, and receivable tracking.Financial Reporting: Help in preparing financial statements, MIS reports, and internal summaries.Documentation: Maintain organized records of vouchers, bank statements, and supporting documents.Audit Assistance: Support internal and statutory audit processes with data compilation and review.Compliance Coordination: Assist in ensuring accounting compliance with NBFC and regulatory standards.Team Collaboration: Work closely with the finance and operations teams to ensure smooth data flow and accuracy.What You’ll GainExposure to NBFC accounting systems and real-world financial operations.Practical understanding of Tally/ERP, reconciliations, and financial reporting standards.Insight into regulatory and compliance aspects of financial institutions.Mentorship from experienced finance professionals in the lending and factoring industry.A strong foundation for a career in accounting, audit, or finance roles in NBFCs and banks.Who Should ApplyStudents or recent graduates pursuing B.Com / M.Com / BBA / MBA (Finance) / CA Inter / CMA Inter.Strong understanding of basic accounting concepts and Excel.Familiarity with Tally or any accounting software preferred.Detail-oriented, analytical, and eager to learn in a fast-paced financial environment.
