  • Design and implement robust data structures and architectures within Data Cloud, ensuring data quality, scalability, and performance. This includes:

- Defining data streams and data lakes.

- Creating and managing data models and schemas.

- Implementing data governance and security policies.

  • Develop insightful and actionable reports and dashboards using Data Cloud and other reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, CRM Analytics), enabling clients/stakeholders to gain valuable insights from their data.
  • Provide support for other Salesforce platforms, including Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC), Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC)
  • Utilize SQL to query, manipulate, and analyze data within Data Cloud and other relevant systems.
  • Develop and deliver training materials and sessions to empower users to effectively utilize Data Cloud and other Salesforce platforms.
  • Provide ongoing support to clients/stakeholders, addressing their questions, resolving issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of Data Cloud solutions.
  • Continuously learn and stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce Data Cloud features, best practices, and industry trends.


Your Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant, with a strong understanding of data architecture, data modelling, and data integration.
  • Minimum 7-8 years of Experience in Salesforce Development
  • Hands-on experience implementing Salesforce and Salesforce Data Cloud solutions, including data ingestion, transformation, and reporting.
  • Proficiency in SQL, with the ability to write complex queries.
  • Experience with other Salesforce platforms (SFCC and SFMC) is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of data visualization and dashboarding tools (e.g., Tableau, CRM Analytics).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Data Cloud Consultant) are a plus
  • Must be Salesforce Developer Certified.
