Job Summary:

We are looking for a talented and creative Copywriter to join our dynamic team at Koffeetech Communications. As a Copywriter, you will be responsible for crafting compelling and persuasive copy across various channels, including digital, print, and social media. You will work closely with our creative and strategy teams to develop content that aligns with our clients' brand voice and objectives. The ideal candidate is a wordsmith with a knack for storytelling and a deep understanding of how to connect with diverse audiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Content Creation: Write clear, engaging, and persuasive copy for a variety of mediums, including websites, email campaigns, social media, advertisements, and more.
  • Concept Development: Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm and develop original concepts that align with client goals and brand strategies.
  • Brand Voice: Ensure consistency in brand messaging and tone across all platforms and materials. Adapt writing style to suit different brands and target audiences.
  • Editing and Proofreading: Review and edit copy to ensure accuracy, clarity, and alignment with brand guidelines. Maintain high standards of grammar, punctuation, and overall quality.
  • Research: Conduct research to understand client industries, target audiences, and competitors. Use insights to inform and enhance your writing.
  • Campaign Support: Work closely with the strategy and media teams to develop integrated marketing campaigns that deliver measurable results.
  • Client Interaction: Participate in client meetings and presentations to understand their needs, gather feedback, and present copy concepts.
  • Content Optimization: Apply SEO best practices to ensure digital content is optimized for search engines and aligns with content strategy.
  • Stay Updated: Keep up with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in copywriting and content marketing.
Qualifications:
  • Experience: 2-4 years of experience as a copywriter in an agency or in-house creative team.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
  • Skills:
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and how to create persuasive content.
  • Ability to write for different formats and adapt to various brand voices.
  • Proficiency in SEO best practices and content optimization.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Creative thinking and the ability to generate original ideas.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with content management systems and digital marketing tools.
