Job Purpose: This position is for a skilled Interior Fit Out Specialist who possesses a strong background in interior design, project management, and construction, with a focus on delivering high-quality interior fit-out projects. They will collaborate with clients, architects, and construction teams to ensure that interior spaces meet design specifications, functional requirements, and safety standards.


Key Responsibilities

Oversee and manage interior fit-out projects from conception to completion.

Timely delivery of Refurbishment & Fit out projects as per project plans, timelines, and budgets.

Work closely with interior designers to interpret design concepts and translate them into feasible construction plans.

Address and resolve any issues or challenges that may arise during the construction phase.

Provide input on materials, finishes, and design elements to ensure project success. To track compliance obligations at project level.

Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and project specifications.

Co-ordinate between projects teams and various audit teams for smooth flow of audit.

Co-ordinate between projects teams and banking agencies, as and when required.

To study, compare and put up the summary on the building design and specifications.

Maintain regular communication with clients to understand their requirements and expectations.

Provide updates on project progress and address any client concerns or requests.

Generation of various MIS reports. Provide regular financial updates to stakeholders.

Monitor project budgets and expenses. Reconciliation of budget and costs incurred in SAP.

Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.

Checking of claims, bills and payments in line with the Contracts.

Purchase request / Purchase Order collation for Capex projects.

Follow up of projects payments and keeping a track of the same.

Co-ordination with Finance, Accounts, Procurement and SEZ teams as required.
