Position Title: Medical Scribe

Location: Remote/Onsite (as per requirement)

Shift Timings: Night Shift (aligned with US time zones)

Experience Required: 4+ years as a Medical Scribe (preferred) or relevant clinical documentation experience

Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Nursing, or related fields

Salary Range - 8-9 LPA

1. Real-Time Documentation:

• Accompany US-based healthcare providers virtually (or onsite) during patient visits.
• Document clinical encounters, including patient history, physical exams, assessments, and treatment plans, in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system.

1. Medical Record Management:

• Ensure all clinical data is accurately documented and maintained in compliance with US healthcare standards (e.g., HIPAA).
• Transcribe additional notes, diagnoses, and follow-ups dictated by the provider.

1. Administrative Support:

• Track lab results, radiology reports, and medication updates as per provider instructions.
• Facilitate provider workflow by reducing their administrative burden.

1. Communication:

• Communicate effectively with providers regarding updates, discrepancies, or clarifications needed in documentation.

• Proficiency in medical terminology and clinical workflows.
• Hands-on experience with EMR systems like Epic, Cerner, or AthenaHealth (preferred).
• Strong listening and typing skills with a typing speed of 60+ words per minute.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
• Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy in documentation.

• High-speed internet and computer system for remote roles.
• Comfortable working night shifts to align with US provider schedules.
