 Proven experience with AWS services, particularly AWS EKS, in a

production environment.

 Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools like Harness.

 Adept in provisioning resources on AWS using Terraform or Cloud

Formation

 Strong proficiency with monitoring solutions such as Data dog and

AWS Cloud Watch.

Soft Skills:  Excellent leadership and team management skills.

 Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to

addressing challenges.

 Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to

articulate complex technical concepts.

Educational

Qualifications

Graduate - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information

Technology, or a related field.

Experience 10+ years of experience.

 The candidate should be either local to one of our delivery centers,

preferably Kolkata, or ready to relocate.

 Should also be prepared to work during overlapping business hours.

Key Responsibilities: 1. Technical Leadership:

o Lead a team of DevOps engineers, providing mentorship,

guidance, and performance evaluations.

o Drive the technical vision for cloud infrastructure, ensuring

alignment with business goals and industry best practices.

o Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and

implement scalable cloud solutions.

2. Cloud Architecture & Management:

o Develop and maintain comprehensive cloud architecture on

AWS, focusing on best practices for security, scalability, and

cost-efficiency.

o Oversee the configuration and management of AWS EKS (Elastic

Kubernetes Service) environments.

3. CI/CD Pipeline Implementation:

o Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Harness

and other relevant tools to streamline and automate

deployment processes.

o Ensure high availability and reliability of deployment pipelines

and production environments.

4. Monitoring & Incident Management:

o Implement and manage monitoring solutions using Data dog and

AWS Cloud Watch to maintain system health and performance.

o Lead incident response efforts, ensuring rapid resolution and

minimal downtime for critical systems.

5. System Performance & Optimization:

o Conduct regular performance tuning, capacity planning, and

optimization of infrastructure resources.

o Proactively identify and mitigate potential bottlenecks and

issues in the cloud architecture.

6. Compliance & Security:

o Ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices,

implementing security measures across all cloud environments.

o Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments, applying

remediation strategies as needed
