SAP Specialist

Job Title : Associate/Specialist – S4 HANA Central Finance (CFIN) & Master Data Governance (MDG) – Level P1/P2/P3

Location: Hyderabad

Description:

Aiprus is seeking a team of passionate and skilled professionals to join our Digital ERP Center of Excellence (CoE) team. As part of our ongoing digital transformation, this role involves working with SAP S4 HANA Central Finance (CFIN) and Master Data Governance (MDG) to drive seamless integration, harmonization, and governance of financial and master data. The role supports the accurate replication of financial data across systems and ensures compliance, accuracy, and readiness for real-time reporting and business decision-making.

Depending on experience level, the role can be structured as Associate (P1/P2) or Specialist (P3).

Primary Responsibilities:

• System Integration & Configuration: Configure and integrate SAP CFIN and MDG solutions to enable real-time financial data replication and centralized master data management.
• Master Data Governance: Design and implement data governance frameworks, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and regulatory compliance of financial master data across systems.
• Support & Issue Resolution: Provide functional and technical support for CFIN and MDG processes, troubleshooting issues and implementing corrective actions for seamless operations.
• Process Optimization: Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to identify improvement areas and optimize finance and master data processes aligned with organizational goals.
• Documentation & Training: Develop functional specifications, process documentation, training manuals, and conduct end-user training to ensure effective adoption and change management.

Experience Requirements:

• Associate (P1/P2 Level):
• 2–4 years of total experience in IT/Finance/ERP roles
• 1–2 years of hands-on experience in SAP S4 HANA CFIN and/or MDG implementation/support
• Specialist (P3 Level):
• 4–8 years of relevant experience, including at least 4 years in SAP S4 HANA CFIN/MDG project delivery or support

Skillset & Competencies:

• Strong understanding of SAP S4 HANA CFIN architecture, integration points, and MDG framework
• Experience in financial data replication, configuration of mapping tables, document splitting, and ledger setup
• Familiarity with AIF (Application Interface Framework) and SLT (SAP Landscape Transformation)
• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills with experience in customer-facing roles
• Agile mindset with a customer-centric and solution-oriented approach
• Ability to adapt to multicultural and cross-functional teams

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, Accounting, or Commerce (preferred)
