Job Location: Bhandgaon (40 KM from Hadapsar, Pune)


• To Support Physical Testing and Validation activities followed by Excel reports preparation for different Products and Brands under the guidance of Manager.


• Industry: Working experience on Heavy machinery, Construction Machinery, Manufacturing or Automotive background preferred. (Infotainment not required)


• Products:

- SPM Level Testing,

- Exhaust Pressure & Systems,

- Auxiliary Systems-Plant Machinery like Pumps, the electrical system & utilities like compressed air & steam.

- Engine Testing,

- After Treatment- Homologation,

- Compactors- Machine testing & validation of specifications & parameters

- Instrument testing- RPA (Robotic Process Automation) Measurement/ Temperature Measurement


• Good at Data Management tools (MS Excel /Power Point with Graphs and advance reporting features)

• PAN INDIA Travelling involved as & when required.

• Testing Protocol Plan

• Establish performance and quality criteria with testing protocols and SOPs for Parts and Machines in Validation/Testing.

• Testing Data Management with structured Documentation and Report Management for all testing activities.

• Assist Design team with Progress feedback and Improvements through report sharing on Parts/ Machine under Testing /Validation.

• Compliance with safety and quality standards.
