Position: QA –AI Enablement Contract Location: offshore AI Champion role.To help drive/expand codeless automation and AI agent development (MicroAzure OpenAI, Agent, etc.) in the QA org. JD: AI QA Enablement Specialist Summary: We’re seeking an AI Champion to accelerate codeless automation and agentic AI workflows in QA. The role blends a strong QA/testing foundation with hands-on AI enablement, leveraging Azure OpenAI Service and codeless automation platforms to improve speed, coverage, and quality.Responsibilities:Introduce AI-driven patterns for test design, data generation, and regression authoringStandardize and scale codeless/no-code automation toolsPrototype and deploy AI agents for QA tasks (e.g., drafting test cases, log triage)Define governance: prompt templates, logging, evaluation metrics, and safety guidelinesCoach QA engineers via playbooks, workshops, and pairing sessionsTrack KPIs (coverage, authoring speed, defect detection) and iterateRequired Qualifications:3–6 years in QA/QE with strong fundamentalsHands-on experience with codeless/no-code test automation (Tosca, mabl, Katalon, etc.)Practical LLM usage (prompting, evaluation) and exposure to Azure OpenAI ServiceAbility to create enablement materials and coach teamsNice to Have:LangGraph/LangChain experienceLLM evaluation frameworksResponsible AI practices (PII handling, safety filters)CI/CD familiarity (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions)PersonaQA professional with strong automation backgroundCurious, adaptable, and able to evangelize new techComfortable bridging QA and AI/ML concepts
