Role Description

As a Creative Director (Operations Head) at Wildpunch, you will be responsible for overseeing creative projects and ensuring their successful execution. This is a full-time role based in Lucknow. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop creative strategies and ensure timely delivery of high-quality work. Your day-to-day tasks will involve managing and mentoring a team of designers, providing creative direction, reviewing and approving designs, dealing with content creators and collaborating with clients to understand their objectives and provide innovative solutions.


  1. Direct and motivate teams of art directors, illustrators, copywriters Account Managers, Graphic designers. to help them use their talents effectively.

 2. Lead brainstorming/creative sessions to generate ideas.

3.·Revise content and presentations, approve/reject ideas, provide feedback to the team.

4.·Train and guide subordinates into accomplished professionals.

5.Monitor results of team efforts and propose actions for the future.

6.Must be effective at streamlining performance-driven culture and strategies that ensures accountability & personal responsibility to develop and create concept & content.

7. Must be Skilled in planning, developing, distributing & monitoring digital content for a company looking to reach specific audiences or objectives.

8..Experience in leading cross-functional teams of senior professionals & leaders including , Content Leads, Content Advisors, Search Professionals , Client account Managers and Graphic Designers.
