Unqork Lead 8-10 years experience Responsibilities: • Lead and manage a team of Unqork developers, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. • Provide technical leadership and expertise on the Unqork platform, staying current with the latest features and functionalities. • Conduct high-level effort estimations and create project plans for Unqork application development initiatives. • Design, develop, and implement complex Unqork applications, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards. • Collaborate with stakeholders (business analysts, designers, clients) to gather requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and ensure successful application delivery. • Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers, promoting knowledge sharing and skill development within the team. • Implement and maintain a robust testing strategy for Unqork applications, ensuring high quality and functionality. • Oversee Unqork application deployments and manage any post-deployment support activities. • Document Unqork applications thoroughly and maintain clear and up-to-date documentation. • Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization within the Unqork development lifecycle. • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in low-code application development. Qualifications: • Proven experience (5+ years) leading and managing application development teams. • Strong expertise in the Unqork platform, including Associate and Professional Configurator certifications (or equivalent experience). • Experience with Workflow based application development in Unqork. • Good understanding of Data Workflow and it’s implementations. • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies. • Experience with designing and developing complex enterprise-grade applications. • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications. • Experience with API integrations and data management best practices. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • A passion for technology and continuous learning. Good to have: • Experience with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript). • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). • Experience working in an Agile development environment.
