The CEO Office Associate is responsible for providing high-level support to the CEO, ensuring smooth coordination of strategic initiatives, communication, and operations. The role involves project management, stakeholder engagement, research, and administrative support, enabling the CEO to focus on key business priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Executive Support & Coordination:

  • Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Manage the CEO's calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing materials for meetings.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.

2. Strategic & Project Management:

  • Assist in the execution of key strategic initiatives and business projects.
  • Track and follow up on action items from leadership meetings.
  • Conduct research and provide insights on industry trends, market developments, and competitive intelligence.
  • Support in drafting reports, business proposals, and executive summaries.

3. Communication & Stakeholder Management:

  • Draft emails, speeches, and official correspondence on behalf of the CEO.
  • Facilitate smooth communication between departments and external partners.
  • Represent the CEO's office in meetings when required.

4. Operations & Process Improvement:

  • Optimize office workflows and improve efficiency in decision-making.
  • Support policy development and implementation of best practices.
  • Assist in managing budgets, vendor relationships, and event coordination.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in executive support, consulting, or strategic roles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and business management tools.
  • High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a corporate, startup, or consulting environment.
  • Knowledge of corporate governance, business strategy, and financial analysis.
  • Exposure to working with C-suite executives.
