This opportunity is ideal for candidates with an IT educational background who are eager to start their career in US IT staffing and recruitment.Role: US IT Recruiter Trainee (Fresher)Experience: 0 to 1 YearEligibility: Any IT education background (B.Tech / B.E / MCA / BCA / MSc IT or equivalent)Key Responsibilities:End-to-end US IT recruitment (Sourcing to Offer stage)Full-cycle recruitment involving sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing candidatesWorking on contract, contract-to-hire, and permanent positionsSourcing candidates through job boards such as Monster, Dice, Corp-to-Corp, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and headhuntingPosting jobs on job portals and coordinating with qualified candidatesManaging the recruitment process from resume submission to final negotiationFormatting resumes as per client requirementsEnsuring quick turnaround of quality resumes within given timelinesCoordinating background checks and technical evaluationsNegotiating hourly rates with vendors, US citizens, Green Card holders, EAD, and TN visa candidatesMaintaining and updating internal recruitment databasesCoordinating with managers for documentation once consultants are placedWhat We Are Looking For:Strong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to handle challenging recruiting situationsWillingness to learn and grow in international recruitmentGood understanding of IT concepts (preferred)High energy, commitment, and enthusiasm to work in a fast-paced environmentIf you are interested in starting your career in US IT Recruitment, please share your updated resume.
