Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Vice President (SVP) of Sales to lead our global sales efforts for our SaaS-based IAM and cloud solutions. This pivotal leadership role requires a seasoned professional with extensive experience in both domestic and international markets, along with a strong background in channel sales. As part of the executive leadership team, the SVP will drive revenue growth, develop strategic partnerships, and ensure the alignment of sales strategies with the company's overall objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy & Leadership:

  • Develop and implement a global sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and market expansion.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team, including regional VPs, sales directors, and account executives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, including channel partnerships and market diversification.

Revenue Growth:

  • Drive consistent revenue growth through new customer acquisition and expansion of existing accounts.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead generation and demand generation strategies.
  • Develop pricing models, sales incentives, and go-to-market strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Analyze market trends, sales data, and customer feedback to refine strategies for enhanced performance.

Team Development & Management:

  • Build and scale the sales team to support business growth objectives.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and excellence within the sales organization.
  • Provide leadership, coaching, and development opportunities for sales professionals.

Customer Success & Retention:

  • Collaborate with customer success and support teams to ensure a seamless post-sales experience.
  • Develop strategies to reduce churn and increase customer lifetime value (CLTV).
  • Serve as a senior escalation point for key customer relationships, ensuring swift issue resolution.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with product management and engineering teams to ensure market needs drive product innovation.
  • Partner with the finance team for accurate forecasting, budgeting, and performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with legal and compliance teams for sales contracts and regulatory adherence.

Executive Leadership:

  • Actively contribute to strategic decision-making as part of the executive leadership team.
  • Represent the company at industry conferences, networking events, and client meetings.
  • Act as a thought leader, providing insights into the SaaS IAM market and sales best practices.

Qualifications:

Experience:

  • 10-15 years of sales leadership experience with a proven track record in SaaS and cybersecurity sectors.
  • Extensive experience in the Identity and Access Management (IAM) industry is highly preferred.
  • Proven success driving revenue growth in a B2B enterprise sales environment.
  • Strong exposure to both domestic and international markets with experience managing channel sales partnerships.

Skills:

  • Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate business goals into actionable sales strategies.
  • Exceptional leadership, team management, and mentorship abilities.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in modern sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC, Challenger Sale).

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • An MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred.
