About the Role: Social Media Executive

ACCEPTING APPLICANTS FROM MUMBAI ONLY


Role and Responsibilities:

  • Tracking Newspapers / Media Mapping: Monitor and analyze media coverage to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Writing Press Releases: Craft compelling and informative press releases to effectively communicate key messages.
  • Making Media Calls / Pitching for Continuous Coverage: Proactively engage with media outlets, pitching stories to secure ongoing coverage.
  • Competition News Tracking: Stay abreast of industry competitors’ activities and news.
  • Coordinating Interviews with Clients and Media: Facilitate and manage interviews between clients and relevant media representatives.
  • Pitching for Cross Promotional Collaboration: Develop and execute strategies for cross-promotional collaborations to amplify brand presence.
  • Making Work in Progress Reports by End of Every Week: Compile and present comprehensive work in progress reports on a weekly basis.
  • Make Coverage Reports by the End of Every Month: Generate detailed coverage reports to assess the impact of PR efforts.
  • Preparing Monthly Work Timelines for the Client: Develop and share clear monthly work timelines to manage client expectations.
  • Drafting Minutes After Every Meeting: Record and document key points discussed in meetings to ensure accurate follow-up actions.
  • Influencer Outreach Execution: Implement effective strategies for outreach to influencers in alignment with brand goals.
  • Overall Influencer Identification and Coordination: Identify and collaborate with influencers to enhance brand reach and engagement.
  • Working on Influencer Marketing Campaigns: Plan, execute, and evaluate influencer marketing campaigns to achieve brand objectives.
  • Photography Supervision, Working on Moodboards, etc: Oversee photography aspects and contribute to the creation of moodboards for campaigns.


Qualifications and Skills:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience in PR and influencer marketing.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in using media tracking tools and platforms.
