Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Blue Yonder Demand 360 (BY D360) Techno-Functional Consultant to support our supply chain planning initiatives. The ideal candidate will have expertise in implementing, configuring, and optimizing BY Demand 360 solutions, along with a strong understanding of demand forecasting, statistical modeling, and data integration. This role requires a blend of functional knowledge and technical capabilities, including hands-on experience with BY D360, Luminate, and integration with ERP and data platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Functional Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements for Blue Yonder Demand 360 solutions.
  • Configure and optimize BY D360 to improve demand forecasting accuracy and supply chain efficiency.
  • Support statistical modeling and forecasting techniques, leveraging machine learning and AI-driven predictive analytics.
  • Collaborate with supply chain teams to refine demand planning strategies and processes.
  • Provide training and knowledge transfer to business users and internal teams.
  • Troubleshoot functional issues, perform root cause analysis, and suggest process improvements.

Technical Responsibilities:

  • Customize and configure Blue Yonder Demand 360 based on business needs.
  • Design and implement integrations between BY Demand 360, ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, etc.), data lakes, and other supply chain applications.
  • Develop and maintain SQL queries, PL/SQL procedures, and API integrations for data extraction and transformation.
  • Work on BY Luminate and other Blue Yonder cloud-based solutions.
  • Ensure data quality and consistency in demand planning datasets.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to ensure secure, scalable, and optimized infrastructure.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelors / Masters degree in Supply Chain Management, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in supply chain planning, with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in Blue Yonder Demand 360.

Strong understanding of demand forecasting methodologies and statistical models.

Experience integrating BY Demand 360 with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, etc.).

Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, Python, or similar scripting languages for data manipulation.

Familiarity with Blue Yonder Luminate, cloud technologies, and AI/ML applications in demand planning.

Hands-on experience with APIs, data lakes, and ETL tools for seamless data flow.

Preferred Skills:

Certification in Blue Yonder Demand 360.

Experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP for cloud-based solutions.

Knowledge of JDA ESP, JDA Demand, or other Blue Yonder supply chain products.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
