Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Technical Lead (Fullstack) located in Pune. As a Technical Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of technical solutions. Your day-to-day tasks will involve leading a team of developers, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects.


Roles & Responsibility

  • Strong technical 4+years of experience with TypeScript, React ,Node.js and Next.js
  • Experience with SQL & MongoDB
  • Familiar with using testing frameworks like Jest and Cypress
  • Familiar with cloud services like AWS, Docker
  • Experience in handing volume of data without blocking or slow down the system ( must have )
  • Excellent knowledge of front-end web programming languages, such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Angular JS, with ability to render server-side and client-side content
  • Excellent knowledge of one or more back-end programming languages (PHP, Java, jQuery, C#)
  • Familiarity with common programming design patterns and best practices
  • Delivery-oriented, giving the team confidence to ship often with confidence
  • Confident to expand feature requirements and gather feedback on new features
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Familiarity with common programming design patterns and best practices
  • Experience with common web development tools and services, such as version control software, package managers, and CI/CD pipelines
  • Understanding of server-side rendering and asynchronous programming.
  • Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
  • Version control using Git.
  • Being responsible for implementing new features, covering scoping, scheduling, implementation and testing
  • Improving existing aspects of the codebase and reducing technical debt
  • Health tech experience will be added advantage.

· Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality code.

· Basic Understanding of Databases, Frameworks, Design, Algorithms, etc.

· Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related technical field

· Optimize applications for maximum performance and scalability.
