We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Manual & Automated Tester with 3 years of experience to join our dynamic QA team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both manual testing and automated testing frameworks, ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products.


Position - Quality Assurance Tester

Experience- 4-5 years

Location- Gurgaon



Key Responsibilities


Manual Testing:

- Create, maintain, and execute detailed test cases, test plans, and test scripts.

- Perform functional, regression, integration, system, and user acceptance testing.

- Identify, document, and track software defects and inconsistencies.

- Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot and resolve issues.


Automated Testing:

- Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts using tools such as Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, etc.

- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.

- Analyse test results, identify issues, and provide comprehensive reports.

- Continuously improve test automation frameworks and processes.


Collaboration & Communication:

- Work closely with product managers, developers, and other QA team members to understand requirements and provide timely feedback.

- Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Provide clear and concise documentation for test procedures, results, and defect reporting.


Educational Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.


Skills:

- Proficiency in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test cases and test scripts.

- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).

- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
