Our mission is to make financial access simple, transparent, and inclusive through technology-driven innovation.Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced SDE III – Frontend with deep expertise in React Native to lead development of our customer-facing mobile applications. This role involves driving architecture decisions, building scalable UI components, integrating with complex backend APIs, and ensuring exceptional performance and reliability across our fintech and healthtech products.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the end-to-end development of mobile applications using React Native for iOS and Android.Own frontend architecture, ensuring modularity, scalability, and performance.Design and implement secure and optimized API integrations with multiple backend and third-party systems.Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver seamless user experiences.Build reusable components and maintain clean, maintainable codebases.Optimize app performance, responsiveness, and memory usage.Conduct code reviews, mentor junior engineers, and set coding best practices.Ensure compliance with fintech and healthtech security, privacy, and data handling standards.Drive innovation in UI/UX and contribute to technical roadmap discussions.Required Skills & Experience8–10 years of total software development experience with at least 4+ years in React Native.Proven track record in building, scaling, and deploying production-grade mobile apps.Strong command over JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, React ecosystem, and modern UI libraries.Expertise in API integration (RESTful and GraphQL) and handling real-time data flows.Solid understanding of state management (Redux, MobX, Recoil, or Context API).Experience in CI/CD pipelines, testing frameworks, and version control (Git, Bitbucket).Prior experience in Fintech or Healthtech domains — payments, lending, healthcare platforms, or digital onboarding.Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.Excellent collaboration and communication abilities.Good to HaveExperience with React.js for web interfaces.Exposure to native module development (Swift, Objective-C, Kotlin).Familiarity with performance monitoring tools (Firebase, Sentry, AppCenter).Knowledge of security best practices, app hardening, and data encryption.Understanding of design systems and reusable UI frameworks.Why Join SaveINBuild next-generation fintech and healthtech experiences impacting millions.High ownership role with cutting-edge tech and real-world scale.Collaborative, transparent, and fast-paced startup environment.Opportunities for leadership growth and cross-functional exposure.Competitive compensation and benefits.Annual salary range 18-22L
