Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SuccessFactors Story Report Expert to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and maintaining comprehensive Story Reports within the SAP SuccessFactors People Analytics module. Your expertise will be vital in creating insightful, user-friendly reports that support stakeholders in making informed decisions and enhancing organizational performance.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Report Development:

  • Design and develop Story Reports using SAP SuccessFactors People Analytics.
  • Utilize the Query Designer to create data sources and build queries for reports.
  • Create visualizations, including charts, tables, and dashboards, that clearly communicate key insights.

2. Data Management:

  • Integrate and blend data from multiple SuccessFactors modules (e.g., Employee Central, Performance & Goals).
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity across reports by conducting thorough testing and validation.

3. Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Work closely with HR, management, and other stakeholders to gather report requirements and translate them into actionable Story Reports.
  • Provide training and support to end-users on how to run, interpret, and utilize reports effectively.

4. Continuous Improvement:

  • Stay updated on the latest features and best practices in SAP SuccessFactors Story Reporting.
  • Implement enhancements and optimizations to existing reports based on user feedback and new functionalities.

5. Project Management:

  • Manage the end-to-end process of report development projects, including planning, execution, and delivery.
  • Ensure timely completion of projects and adhere to quality standards.

6. Documentation:

  • Maintain detailed documentation for report development processes and configurations.

7. User Training and Support:

  • Provide training and support to teams and end-users on how to effectively use and interpret the SAP Story reports.


Skills and Requirements:

  • Proven experience in designing and developing reports within SAP SuccessFactors People Analytics.
  • Strong proficiency with SAP SuccessFactors modules, especially Employee Central, Performance & Goals, and the Query Designer.
  • Excellent skills in data visualization, including the creation of charts, tables, and dashboards.
  • Demonstrated ability to integrate and blend data from various sources within SuccessFactors.
  • Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
  • Exceptional communication skills to collaborate effectively with HR, management, and other stakeholders.
  • Experience in project management, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to stay current with the latest updates and best practices in SAP SuccessFactors Story Reporting.
  • SAP SuccessFactors certification or relevant coursework (preferred).
  • Experience with Optimized Story Experience and understanding of its limitations and advantages (preferred).
