Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team, focusing on selling HP / Dell - Workstation Solutions to enterprise clients, creative professionals, engineering firms, and other verticals requiring high-performance computing. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical understanding of workstation product line and a proven ability to drive sales growth through consultative selling.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Promote and sell HP / DELL Workstations to new and existing customers.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within target verticals such as architecture, media & entertainment, engineering, healthcare, and education.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers including IT managers, CTOs, and procurement leads.
  • Conduct customer needs assessments and recommend tailored workstation solutions to meet their workflow demands.
  • Work closely with HP / DELL to coordinate product demos, trials, and post-sales support.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotes.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest HP / DELL technologies, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Use CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) to track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in B2B technology sales, preferably with a focus on hardware or workstation computing.
  • Strong understanding of HP / DELL Workstation product lines and their applications across various industries.
  • Ability to translate complex technical features into clear business value for clients.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with industry-specific software tools (e.g., Cinema4D, Houdini, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, 3ds Max, Revit, etc.) is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience selling HP, Dell, or Lenovo workstation products.
  • Existing network within target industries.
  • HP / DELL Sales Certification(s) is an advantage.
