Our team consists of 200 people who are vastly experienced across domestic and global hedge funds and financial institutions and have strong academic credentials at top universities. We are strongly performance driven and look for people who share a similar DNA.


We are seeking a Sr Manager/Manager/Executive, Accounts and Finance (CA with at least 5-7 years of experience with minimum 3 years of experience in InvIT or an infrastructure platform/developer) for our Infrastructure Investment Trust (InvIT) who is looking forward to an extremely intense and challenging role in our hedge fund-styled investing platform. An ideal candidate would be someone who has had hands on experience and knowledge of accounting of infrastructure assets (particularly roads) especially service concession accounting.


Roles & Responsibilities:


1. Preparation / review of Financial Statements of SPVs and InvIT

2. Coordination with Statutory Auditor/Internal Audit and relevant stakeholders for concluding audit effectively and on a timely basis

3. GST accounting and filing 

4. Preparation/ review of Income Tax &TDS returns & Recovering TDS from authority

5. Preparation and review of Advance tax workings/filings

6. Preparation and Submission of details for Income Tax Assessments/Appeals

7. Assisting with Tax related documents for transactions

8. Reviewing Compliance with SEBI Regulations for Compliance Test Report

9. MIS and presentation/deliverables for board meetings & AGMs

10. Manage multiple regulatory reporting of SEBI/Tax, etc.


Qualifications & Background:


1. CA with at least 5-7 years of experience, prefer minimum 3 years of experience in InvIT/Infrastructure platform/infrastructure developer

2. Experience in Service Concession Accounting, financial reporting, Income Tax, GST, TDS, finalization of accounts, etc.

3. Well versed with Ind-AS financial preparation and finalization.

4. Excellent Knowledge of Microsoft Excel

5. Motivated and hard working

6. Strong attention to detail

7. Reliable, consistent and able to deliver in tough timelines

Compensation:

Salary will be discussed individually with selected candidates. We value long-term players, and the compensation will have a significant element of performance-linked bonus. In the long run, if you do well, you can expect to create disproportionately higher value for yourself.


Location: Dadar, Mumbai. 

Candidates applying from cities other than Mumbai must have a clear commitment to relocating to Mumbai before submitting their application. WFH only in case of exigency and not in routine course.
