Job Title: Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)

Location: Jaipur

Experience: 3-7years

Position Summary: The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) will play a critical role in celebal Technologies by aligning human resources strategies and initiatives with the overall business objectives of the IT company. This position serves as a strategic partner to business leaders and managers, providing guidance and support in all areas of human resources management. The HRBP collaborates closely with stakeholders to drive employee engagement, talent management, organizational development, and other key HR functions. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of HR best practices, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with business leaders to understand their objectives and provide strategic HR guidance and support.

• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies to attract top talent.

• Conduct regular meetings with department heads to address HR-related issues, provide updates on HR initiatives, and gather feedback.

• Drive employee engagement initiatives, including conducting surveys, analyzing results, and developing action plans to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.

• Provide coaching and support to managers on performance management, including goal setting, feedback delivery, and performance improvement plans.

• Lead talent management efforts, including succession planning, career development, and employee training and development programs.

• Partner with the HR team to ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.

• Act as a liaison between employees and management to resolve conflicts, address concerns, and promote a positive work environment.

• Analyze HR metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement and develop data-driven solutions.

• Support organizational change initiatives and facilitate effective communication between leadership and employees.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field; master’s degree preferred.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in human resources, with a focus on HR business partnering.

• Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organization.

• Proven ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders to drive positive outcomes.

• Experience in the technology industry or similar fast-paced environment preferred.

• Demonstrated ability to think strategically and execute tactically to achieve business objectives.

• HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred but not required.

• Proficiency in HRIS and other relevant HR software applications.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
