This position is open to both freshers and candidates with 1–2 years of professional experience in BIM MEP modeling and coordination.Candidates who have pursued a certified BIM MEP course are strongly encouraged to apply.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop BIM models for MEP services (HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, Electrical).Create coordinated drawings, shop drawings, and as-built models using Revit MEP.Work closely with project engineers and BIM leads to ensure accuracy and compliance with project standards.Update models based on engineering inputs, revisions, and coordination requirements.Assist in clash detection and coordination using BIM platforms/software.Maintain project documentation and ensure timely submission of deliverables.Required SkillsStrong knowledge of Revit MEP (mandatory).Awareness of MEP systems such as HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing & Fire Fighting.Ability to read and understand MEP drawings and construction details.Good communication, team coordination, and willingness to learn and adapt.Navisworks knowledge is an added advantage.EligibilityBE/B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, or relevant engineering discipline.Freshers must have completed a certified BIM MEP course (mandatory).Experienced candidates must have 1–2 years of hands-on experience in BIM MEP design or modelling.Interview LocationACTMEP#1, 4th Street, Madhuvankarai,Alandur, Chennai-600016BenefitsOpportunity to work on large-scale real-time construction projects.Skill development, mentorship, and growth opportunities.Competitive salary based on experience and performance.How to ApplyInterested candidates can send their updated resume to: hrm@alpinecoachtree.comSubject Line: BIM MEP – Chennai – Fresher/Experienced
