Role Description


1. Client Relationship Management: Build strong and lasting relationships with high- net-worth individuals, luxury collectors, and influential clients. Understand their preferences, needs, and aspirations to provide tailored recommendations and personalized experiences.


2. Exceptional Piece Transactions: Drive sales of Guerlain's exceptional and limited-edition products, including exclusive collections and rare pieces. Lead transactions of high-value items, ensuring a seamless and memorable purchasing experience for clients.


3. Bespoke Fragrance Clients: Collaborate with clients to create bespoke fragrances that capture their unique personalities and desires. Guide them through the fragrance creation process, offering expert advice and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.


4. Business Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities, both in the B2B and B2C sectors. Proactively engage with luxury retailers, partners, and corporate clients to expand Guerlain's presence and increase sales.


5. Drive Luxury Partnerships: Working with luxury lifetsyle maisons to curate bespoke experiences and engage VICs.


6. Global Bridges: Collaborating with other global PCRM to ensure client’s travel needs incorporate Guerlain moments. Anticipating VIC needs and exceed them. Understanding of the luxury market, including current trends, customer preferences, and competition.
