Our data-driven approach supports everything from brand positioning and menu engineering to cost efficiency and performance improvement.Role DescriptionWe are looking for a Business Analyst to join our team for an on-site, full-time position in Mumbai In this role, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to improve our clients’ performance on online food delivery platforms. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and skilled at turning raw data into meaningful insights.Key ResponsibilitiesCollect, clean, and validate data from multiple sources including Zomato, Swiggy, POS systems, sales reports, and internal trackers.Build dashboards and reports to monitor key business metrics such as sales, growth/degrowth, product quality, and operational efficiency.Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in online ordering behavior.Provide actionable insights to support strategic decisions and brand growth initiatives.Collaborate closely with the consulting team to understand brand needs and develop data-backed recommendations.Automate recurring reporting tasks and streamline data processes for better efficiency.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with SQL is an added advantage.Experience using data visualisation tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio.Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.Interest in the food & beverage / online delivery ecosystem is a plus.
