Job Description: Senior Sales Engineer/Territory Manager Sales – EOT Cranes and Material Handling Solutions.

Position Overview:


We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales Engineer/Territory Manager Sales to join our team specializing in EOT (Electric Overhead Traveling) Cranes and Material Handling Solutions. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in driving sales growth, developing strong customer relationships, and delivering tailored solutions to meet industrial material handling needs.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales and Business Development:
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in industrial sectors such as manufacturing, Construction equipment, Packaging, PEB Manufacturing, Architects and Engineering Consultants, Precision Engineering companies etc.
  • Promote and sell EOT cranes, hoists, and material handling solutions to prospective and existing clients.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives through effective planning and execution.


Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring excellent customer service.
  • Conduct site visits to understand client requirements and offer customized solutions.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, complaints, and post-sale support.


Technical Expertise and Solution Selling:

  • Collaborate with the technical team to understand product specifications and offer the best solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to customers.
  • Provide technical consultations and product demonstrations as required.


Collaboration and Reporting:

  • Work closely with the design, production, and service teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Prepare and submit sales forecasts, activity reports, and other performance metrics to management.


Qualifications and Skills:


  • Education: B.E Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, MBA in Marketing/Sales is a plus.
  • Experience: 5–8 years of experience in sales of EOT cranes, hoists, or industrial material handling equipment.
  • Strong technical understanding of cranes, hoists, and related solutions.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and capable of working independently.
  • Willingness to travel extensively as per business requirements.
