PositionProduct Manager – B2B IntegrationJob ObjectiveJiBe is a cloud based fully integrated ERP system for the shipping industry. Our goal is to allow shipping companies to improve productivity, efficiency and safety levels, while reducing costs. JiBe ERP enables increased automation and streamlining of processes, creating pre-defined work flows and reducing the usage of email and paper.Job ResponsibilitiesAs a JiBe Integration expert, you will advise our customers on the best approach to integration challenges and the most effective use of our platformAnalyze individual customer requirements and create concepts for customized solutionsImplement complex technical solutions based on the JiBe product portfolioAccompany our customers during the smooth start-up with solution-specific documentation, customer-specific training and as a technical contact person for questions and problemsTypically, you will work in a mixed team consisting of customer employees and JiBe experts, either remotely or on-site at the customer's premisesDepending on your personal experience, you will take responsibility for individual sub-projectsThrough your feedback to our product management you will actively contribute to the further development of our productsQualifications:A degree in (business) informatics or a comparable qualificationYou enjoy complex challenges, have a strong analytical mindset and prefer to work independently and on your own responsibilityExperience in the design and implementation of IT solutions, especially in the integration environment (B2B/MFT/API) make you interesting for usYou have sound general IT know-how (operating systems, databases, networks, security, ...)You ideally have several years of experience in working with an integration platform (SEEBURGER, Axway, SAP PI/PO, Tibco, IBM, Cleo, Software AG, etc.)Part of your daily work are for example message formats like EDIFACT, VDA, Odette, ANSI X12, XML and SAP-IDoc, communication protocols like EDIINT AS2, X.400 / P7, FTP/S, HTTP/S, SFTP, Mail and ERP interfaces of e.g. SAP, Oracle, ProALPHA, ABAS or NavisionExperience with cloud services and deployments (AWS, Azure, GDC) is desirableExperience in one or more programming languages is advantageousSeniority LevelMid-Senior levelIndustrySoftware DevelopmentEmployment TypeFull-timeJob FunctionsEngineeringSkillsBusiness-to-Business (B2B)TrainingProduct ManagementCustomer RequirementsBusinessEnterprise Resource Planning (ERP)XMLOperating SystemsAnalytical SkillsSecure File
