Playerhub's innovative mobile solution aims to revolutionize the casino experience.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for an AWS Consultant – Cloud Optimization Specialist located in Madurai. The AWS Consultant will be responsible for optimizing cloud infrastructure, integrating various software components, developing solutions, and providing consulting services. Day-to-day tasks include assessing and improving cloud performance, implementing best practices in infrastructure management, and ensuring seamless cloud integration and solution architecture.ResponsibilitiesAnalyze existing AWS infrastructure and recommend optimizations for performance, security, and cost.Implement infrastructure improvements using IaC (Terraform / CloudFormation).Optimize EC2, ECS/EKS, RDS, and Lambda configurations for scalability and reliability.Review IAM policies, security groups, and networking for compliance and security best practices.Set up or enhance monitoring, alerting, and logging using CloudWatch, GuardDuty, and related tools.Provide recommendations for right-sizing, reserved instance strategies, and cost-saving measures.Collaborate with DevOps and engineering teams to implement CI/CD and deployment improvements.Deliver a comprehensive audit report with measurable outcomes and recommendations.QualificationsProven experience as an AWS Cloud Consultant, Solutions Architect, or DevOps Engineer.Strong knowledge of EC2, S3, RDS, VPC, CloudFront, CloudWatch, IAM, ECS/EKS, and Lambda.Hands-on experience with Terraform or AWS CloudFormation.Experience with cost optimization, autoscaling, and cloud governance.AWS Certification (Solutions Architect / SysOps / DevOps) is a plus.Excellent communication skills and ability to document and present findings.Why Join UsOpportunity to make a measurable impact on cloud performance and cost efficiency.Collaborative and fast-paced environment.Flexible engagement – contract or long-term opportunity based on performance.
