Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Interior Designer at Falam Design And Built Studio located in Ahmedabad. The Interior Designer will be responsible for space planning, architecture, construction drawings, interior design, and FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment). They will collaborate with clients and the team to create innovative interior design spaces that meet the clients' needs and exceed expectations.


Responsibilities

  • Create attractive designs and layouts for various projects
  • Meet with client in order to understand the client's objectives and desires
  • Communicate effectively with client, vendors and team in order to address client's needs
  • Prepare presentations (3D, 2D,mock-ups and renderings) for clients
  • Create quotes for clients and ensure full workflow is followed
  • Maintain industry knowledge in order to stay relevant


Qualifications

  • Space Planning, Architecture, and Construction Drawings skills
  • Interior Design and FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment) skills
  • Strong attention to detail and creativity
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in relevant design software
  • Knowledge of construction materials, services, and sustainability
  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
  • Experience in commercial interior design projects


Interior Designers

  • Space Planning, Interior Design, skills
  • Experience in architecture and construction drawings
  • Knowledge of building codes and regulations
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other design software
  • Creativity and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work in a team and meet deadlines



3D Visualizer

  • Strong proficiency in 3D modeling and rendering software, such as AutoCAD, SketchUp or 3Ds Max or V-Ray, or lumion and Enscape
  • Experience creating realistic and accurate 3D visuals of interior spaces
  • Knowledge of interior design principles, materials, and finishes
  • Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
  • Portfolio showcasing previous interior design 3D visualization work
