About the Job:

Title : SAP Test Manager

Location: Hyderabad

Mode : Onsite

NP : Immediate to 1 month

Exp : 8 - 15 years


The SAP Test Manager will lead testing for SAP Ariba and MDG implementations, ensuring quality and integrity of business processes. Responsibilities include test planning, execution, and defect management, working closely with cross-functional teams.


Key Responsibilities

  • Test Planning & Strategy: Develop test plans and strategies for SAP Ariba and MDG.
  • Execution: Conduct SIT, UAT, functional, integration, and regression testing using SAP Solution Manager, HP ALM, etc.
  • Defect Management: Track, prioritize, and resolve defects with technical teams.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with business and technical teams; provide testing updates.
  • Continuous Improvement: Drive test automation and process improvements.


Qualifications

  • Education: SAP certifications preferred.
  • Experience: 8+ years in SAP testing, with Ariba and MDG expertise.
  • Skills: Proficient in SAP Solution Manager, defect management, and test automation tools (e.g., Worksoft, Tosca).
  • Soft Skills: Strong analytical, communication, and organizational abilities.


Preferred

  • Experience with test automation (Selenium, Tricentis Tosca).
  • Agile/DevOps familiarity and ISTQB certification a plus.
