On-site: 5 day week from the client's office in Gurgaon

Mandatory: Experience in Digital Strategic Planning for 5+ years

Key Responsibilities:

Research and Analysis:

  • Conduct primary and secondary research to gather insights on digital trends, consumer behavior, and market conditions.
  • Analyze data from various digital channels (e.g., social media, websites, email) to identify patterns and opportunities.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing.

Strategy Development:

  • Develop strategic digital marketing plans that align with client goals and objectives.
  • Identify target audiences and create detailed audience personas to guide campaign development.
  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success of digital campaigns.

Campaign Planning and Execution:

  • Collaborate with creative, media, and content teams to develop and execute integrated digital marketing campaigns.
  • Create content calendars, digital media plans, and campaign timelines.
  • Oversee the implementation of campaigns across various digital platforms, ensuring consistency and alignment with strategy.

Client Collaboration:

  • Work closely with clients to understand their business goals, target audience, and competitive landscape.
  • Present strategic plans, campaign ideas, and performance reports to clients.
  • Provide recommendations and insights to optimize campaigns and achieve client objectives.

Performance Monitoring and Optimization:

  • Monitor the performance of digital campaigns using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights).
  • Analyze campaign data to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Adjust strategies and tactics based on performance insights to enhance campaign effectiveness.

Technology and Tools:

  • Utilize digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., SEO tools, social media management tools, email marketing platforms) to plan and execute campaigns.
  • Stay informed about new digital tools and technologies that can improve campaign performance and efficiency.

Team Collaboration:

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including creative, content, media, and account management, to ensure cohesive and effective campaign execution.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior team members and interns.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and display advertising.
  • Familiarity with digital analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Passion for staying up-to-date with digital marketing trends and technologies.
