What you'll do:

  • Overall FIN operations management of Accounts Payable
  • Ownership of SLA and KPI
  • Adhere to migration plan as and when required
  • Escalation management
  • Closely work with management for strategic decision making
  • Continuous improvement frameworks
  • Assist in technology and process changes
  • Regular collaborate with team and stakeholders
  • Ensure timely and accurate preparation of various client MIS reports including month end closing activities in relation to Accounts Payable
  • Co-ordinate with statutory and internal auditors for statutory audit closureor any other compliance audits.
  • Participate in monthly review meetings daily and weekly
  • Conduct regular training program and motivate the team
  • The candidate must have good verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrate leadership qualities
  • Demonstrate multitasking and agile
  • Able handle pressures


What you’ll need

  • Qualified CA or Bachelor’s in Business Administration with major in Finance
  • 8-10 Years of Experience in handling accounts payable for E-Commerce/Retail Space and managing accounting principles, reporting requirements, key controls and risks of the process.
  • Expertise in handling large volumes of transactions.
  • Good people and client management skills set.
  • Ability to set up, streamline processes/procedures and improvise them.
  • Possess High Degree of Initiative, Creative, Innovative, Proactive Skills & Abilities.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks with tight deadlines whilst ensuring the work undertaken remains at a high standard.
  • Process oriented with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Working knowledge on Dynamics Applications (desirable) in or in any other Financial ERP.
  • Ability to work in an accelerated environment with several projects simultaneously, in a dynamic and constantly evolving context.
