Post: Accounts Officer - Plant Accounts

Experience: 5-9 years

Minimum Qualification : M.Com

Job Location : Bhiwadi, Rajasthan

Salary Budget : 5 - 7 LPA

Key Skills: MUST have experience in TALLY, Must have full experience of all accounting process in a Manufacturing Plant | TDS, GST filing experience

Roles and Responsibilities

K𝗘𝗬 𝗦𝗞𝗜𝗟𝗟

● Complete plant accounting

Maintain Day to Day Stock Management report

● Financial Report for top Management for Planning of funds

● Day to day cost analysis it will help to take quick decision

● Day to Day Trial Balance

● Financial Analysis and Budgeting

● Auditing of Variance in Cost Projection & Actual running Cost of the Plant

● Reconcile & Track inventory and Report to upper management on stock levels

● Verify all Voucher As per Cost Point of View and process for Payment

● Accounting and Financial Reporting

● Monthly GST Return

● GSTR 2B Reconciliation on Monthly Basis

● TDS Return Filling

● Taxation and Compliance

● Audit and Internal Controls

● Internal Audit
