  • Compliance and Best Practices: Ensure the ERP system complies with all regulatory requirements and industry best practices. Stay updated with new trends and technologies in ERP management.
  • Team Management: Lead and develop the ERP team, ensuring high performance and continuous skill development. Manage external consultants and vendors as needed.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Develop and maintain accurate reports and dashboards for management to make data-driven decisions. Ensure the reliability and consistency of data across the system.


Qualifications:

  • Experience: Overall 10+ years and at least 3 years of experience in ERP management, preferably with SAP ERP systems. Experience of working in a manufacturing, automotive, or related organization is highly desirable.
  • Skills: Strong project management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, profound knowledge of SAP ERP systems, and the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
