Role: Sr. Java Reactive Developer

Location: Pune Kharadi - Hybrid

Experience: 9+ Years

Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days only


Job requirement:


Responsibilities:


Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance backend systems using Java and reactive programming frameworks such as Spring WebFlux, Akka, or Vert.x.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Architect and implement microservices-based architectures that are resilient, fault-tolerant, and highly available.

Optimize application performance through continuous profiling, tuning, and monitoring.

Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and mentor junior developers.

Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in Java and reactive programming.


Requirements:


Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

10+ years of experience in software development with a strong focus on Java.

Extensive experience in developing reactive applications using frameworks such as Spring WebFlux, Akka, or Vert.x.

Solid understanding of asynchronous and non-blocking programming concepts.

Experience with microservices architecture and cloud-native technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).

Proficiency in database technologies such as SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra).

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues in production environments.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Experience with Agile development methodologies is a plus.
