As the Information Security Manager you will partner with all departments of the business to provide IT Security direction and leadership to enable business efficiency and growth through ensuring the organisation has a highly secure IT platform to provide its IaaS, PaaS and SaaS services to its clients.


Requirements/Skills

  • Knowledge of SOC Operations, SIEM, IPS/IDS, HIDS, UTM, EDR/XDR, Firewall, WAF, PIM/PAM etc.
  • Certificated in CISM, CEH or any other Information Security related certification
  • Knowledge in PCI DSS, ISO 27001, SOC 2, NIST, OWASP, SANS, GDPR security controls and its implementation.
  • Hands On Knowledge & understanding of Vulnerability Management, Penetration Testing, End point Security Management, Secure Configuration, Application Security, Security Testing Tools, Web & Mobile Application Security, PIM/PAM and various Security Testing Processes.
  • Should have experience working with auditors and you have a strong understanding of system risk and mitigating controls, segregation of duties
  • Two or more years of experience leading and developing people in a management role


Key tasks for the Role Holder/Job Profile


  • Implement all security controls required for PCI DSS and ISO 27001 across systems and applications.
  • Manage all security testing processes including Vulnerability Scanning, Penetration Testing, Web/Mobile Application VAPT, Secure Configurations etc.
  • Manage CIS Secure configuration, Web Application Firewall, Firewalls, IDS/IPS, SIEM, HIDS, UTM, PIM/PAM, AD, SSL VPN, EDR/XDR, 2-FA Systems, Email Security Gateways, DLP Systems, HSM, DDoS Mitigation Systems and various other Security Systems in the organization.
  • Ensure all policy compliance across security systems.
  • Evaluate and Implement new Security Systems.
  • Coordinate with Audit & Compliance and ensure all audit requirements are met in the security systems implementation. .
  • Attend Audit and Certification meetings and demonstrate security system implementations and artefacts.
  • Train security administrators on various security systems and processes.
  • Establish Standard operating procedures for all security system management and train administrators.
  • Maintain External Risk ratings by ensuring utmost security of the IT Infrastructure.
  • Prepare and Submit periodic Reports and MIS.
