Key Responsibilities

  • Creative Ideation: Develop quick, original, and impactful concepts for brand ads that integrate seamlessly into the ride-hailing platform, enhancing the user experience without interrupting it.
  • Strong Storyteller: Capable of weaving compelling narratives through creative concepts, ensuring that brand messages resonate with users and enrich their experience within the platform.
  • Digital Design: Produce visually compelling digital content, including static banners and motion graphics (GIFs, Lottie animations) with a focus on speed and efficiency.
  • User Experience Focus: Design ad placements that blend smoothly into the platform, delivering value and context while maintaining the fluidity of the ride-hailing experience.
  • Execution Excellence: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, delivering high-quality creative solutions within tight deadlines.
  • Industry Awareness: Stay up-to-date with design trends, especially in digital and motion graphics, applying them to improve creative outcomes and efficiency.


Qualifications

● 5+ years of experience in creative design, with a focus on digital platforms.

● Expertise in Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, and After Effects (or similar motion design tools).

● Proven ability to create both static and motion-based ads (e.g., GIFs, Lottie animations) under tight timelines.

● Strong portfolio showcasing a range of digital creative work, including examples of ad integration in digital environments.

● Understanding of UX/UI principles, especially as they apply to ad integration in user-centered platforms.

● Strong organizational skills and ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
