Position Title: Tech Lead - Full Stack .NET with React JS

Location: Bengaluru

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Tech Lead with a strong background in Full Stack development, including expertise in .NET and React JS. As a Tech Lead, you will play a pivotal role in leading the development of innovative solutions, mentoring junior developers, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable, high-performance web applications.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Leadership:

Lead and mentor a team of developers, ensuring best practices in code quality, architecture, and development processes.

Collaborate with product managers and designers to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Make key decisions around architecture, technology stack, and tools to ensure the success of development initiatives.

Drive the adoption of new technologies and best practices within the development team.

Full Stack Development:

Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using .NET (Core/Framework) for back-end development and React JS for front-end development.

Build reusable, efficient, and modular components in React JS, ensuring high performance and responsiveness.

Write clean, maintainable code, adhering to coding standards and best practices.

Implement RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services and APIs.

Collaboration:

Work closely with other tech leads, architects, and product teams to ensure the successful design, implementation, and delivery of solutions.

Ensure smooth integration of front-end and back-end systems to create a seamless user experience.

Provide technical expertise during code reviews and pair programming sessions.

Project Management:

Contribute to project planning, estimation, and timelines for deliverables.

Manage risk, track progress, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.

Identify technical debt and implement solutions to refactor and improve existing codebases.

Continuous Improvement:

Stay up to date with the latest technologies, trends, and best practices in Full Stack development, .NET, and React JS.

Promote a culture of continuous learning within the team through knowledge sharing, code reviews, and technical discussions.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer, with a minimum of 8+ years in .NET development (C#/.NET Core/.NET Framework).

Strong expertise in React JS and modern JavaScript (ES6+), including state management tools like Redux or Context API.

Hands-on experience with database technologies (SQL Server, MongoDB, etc.) and ORM frameworks like Entity Framework.

Solid understanding of web services (RESTful APIs, SOAP, WebSockets) and API development.

Experience in cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS) and CI/CD pipelines.

Familiarity with front-end build tools such as Webpack, Babel, and NPM.

Strong knowledge of version control systems (Git, GitHub, GitLab).

Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to design scalable, maintainable solutions.

Ability to lead and mentor junior developers, promoting a culture of collaboration and innovation.

Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
