As a Business Finance Analyst at Mynavi Solutions India Pvt. Ltd., you will play a pivotal role in driving critical financial analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making and ensure effective due diligence on potential investments, partnerships, and acquisitions. We are looking for an experienced analyst with a background in corporate finance or consulting to perform thorough research on financials, analyze business performance, and contribute to financial strategy.

Job Responsibilities:

Financial Due Diligence & Analysis:

  • Conduct in-depth financial due diligence on potential investment opportunities, partnerships, and acquisition targets.
  • Evaluate financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, to assess the financial health of potential deals.
  • Identify financial risks, growth potential, and operational efficiency of target companies or business initiatives.

Financial Modelling & Forecasting:

  • Develop and maintain complex financial models to simulate scenarios, project future financial performance, and estimate ROI.
  • Prepare forecasts and budgets, providing variance analysis to monitor business unit performance against projections.
  • Evaluate the impact of various business strategies and proposed initiatives on financial performance.

Market & Competitive Research:

  • Conduct comprehensive market research to understand industry trends, competitive landscape, and market dynamics.
  • Provide insights on market position, growth prospects, and strategic opportunities within the sector.

Business Performance Analysis:

  • Analyze key financial metrics to assess profitability, cash flow, and cost structure to provide actionable recommendations.
  • Collaborate with business units to understand financial drivers, optimize resource allocation, and improve business performance.

Reporting & Presentation:

  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders, translating complex financial data into clear, concise insights.
  • Assist in presenting findings to stakeholders and help guide strategic financial decisions.


Qualifications and skills:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. A master’s degree (MBA or equivalent) is preferred.

Experience: 6+ years of experience in financial analysis, due diligence, or corporate finance within a corporate or consulting environment.

Skills:

  • Strong Business and analytical skills with proficiency in financial modelling and forecasting.
  • Expertise in financial due diligence processes, especially for acquisitions, partnerships, or investments.
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial analysis software/tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience in presenting findings to senior stakeholders.
